The kits were handed over to preschools and schools whose teachers had previously participated in a series of training sessions on the Minimum Standards for Child Protection (MSC), referral, and resilience development in the professional environment. The training brought together 144 teachers from 72 educational institutions.

The materials provided are designed to strengthen practical work with children and help teachers create a supportive, safe, and child-friendly educational space. The kits include stationery and creative materials, finger and sensory games, anti-stress toys, board games, musical instruments, speakers, educational materials, and other resources for working with children of all ages.
In today’s conditions, such tools have a much broader meaning than simply ensuring the educational process. Through creativity, play, interaction, and safe communication, children gradually regain a sense of stability, learn to express emotions, interact with peers, and experience stressful experiences in a supportive environment.

The photos, videos, and feedback that educators send after receiving the kits have become especially valuable to the team. In their messages, educators share how important such support is for children and how necessary such resources are for daily work in communities affected by war.

Supporting educators today is a contribution to the resilience of children, communities, and the future of the country. That is why it is extremely important that educators have not only knowledge, but also practical tools to create a safe educational environment in which every child can feel cared for, supported, and have the opportunity to develop, even in difficult life circumstances.
